Isabella
Isabella founded Astra Consultants to give independent practices the kind of hands-on credentialing support that can be difficult to manage internally. She leads client strategy, new practice and provider credentialing, payer contracting, complex enrollment issues, and the overall management of Astra's client relationships.
She works directly with practices to understand how their payer relationships fit together, identify problems, and build organized credentialing processes that can grow with the practice.
Preston
Preston supports Astra's credentialing and enrollment operations, with a focus on moving applications forward after submission. He works directly with insurance companies to follow up on group and individual applications, obtain status updates, respond to outstanding requirements, and troubleshoot issues that arise during enrollment.
Working closely with Isabella, Preston helps ensure applications don't simply get submitted and forgotten.
Natalie
Natalie focuses on ongoing credentialing maintenance and keeping provider and practice information current after initial enrollment is complete. She manages recurring requirements including CAQH and payer attestations, revalidations, credential expiration tracking, outstanding applications, directory accuracy, provider changes, and payer maintenance.
Her role helps practices stay ahead of the deadlines and administrative details that can easily fall through the cracks.
Jerry
Jerry runs operations for Astra, building the systems and processes that keep credentialing moving on schedule. He focuses on how the work gets done, from intake and tracking to reporting, to help prevent things from slipping between payers, deadlines, and the client.
His role gives the team the structure to stay organized as Astra grows, and gives clients a process they can count on.

Astra is intentionally hands-on. Our clients aren't passed through a large call center or left wondering who is handling their credentialing. Each member of our team has defined responsibilities, while working together to keep the entire credentialing process moving.
From the first payer application through ongoing maintenance, our goal is to give practices a credentialing team they can rely on without having to build one internally.
